Home sizes range from 950-square-foot, one-bedroom City Homes to three-bedroom Sky Villas at more than 3,000 square feet. Penthouses may range up to 16,000 square feet. The grand living spaces will have ceilings between 9½ feet and 12 feet, and expansive terraces will act as extensions of the living rooms, with their floor-to-ceiling windows.
